Abstract
The article presents a review of the literature on the use of a selective inhibitor of aminosteroid muscle relaxants (rocuronium and vecuronium) sugammadex in children. Considered versatile aspects of sugammadex to eliminate neuromuscular block with the age of children, their features physiology, comorbidity, complications encountered. Provides links to descriptions of unusual rare cases of clinical practice of sugammadex in childhood.
