Аннотация
Хронический интестинальный псевдообструктивный синдром - редкий синдром, проявляющийся рецидивирующими явлениями кишечной непроходимости, возникающими на фоне нейропатий, миопатий или нейромиопатий врожденного или приобретенного генеза. В статье рассмотрены особенности этиопатогенеза различных форм заболевания, в том числе собраны открытые за последние десятилетия мутации de nova. Статья представляет интерес как для хирургов, которым необходимо уметь своевременно диагностировать интестинальную псевдообструкцию во избежание необоснованных операций, так и для врачей других специальностей, которые могут встретиться с данным синдромом в своей практике.
