Journal "Russian Journal of Pediatric Surgery, Anesthesia and Intensive Care" was established by all-Russia public organization Russian Association of pediatric surgeons, Moscow research Institute of Pediatrics and pediatric surgery, Russian state medical University. N. And. Pirogov (now of the "Russian national research medical University named after N. And. Pirogov" Ministry Of Health Of Russia).
The journal was registered by the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of Telecom, information technologies and mass communications (Roskomnadzor) 09.03.2010 (certificate of registration media PI NUMBER FS77-39022 on 09/03/2010 In 2010, the journal received a number of the international registration ISSN 2219-4061.
In 2013, Moscow research Institute of Pediatrics and children's surgery was reorganized and became part of the Russian national research medical University named after N. And. Pirogov health Ministry of the Russian Federation.
The editorial Board of the journal includes 22 specialists representing leading scientific centers of Moscow and Irkutsk. Among them there are 1 academician and 1member-correspondent of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The editorial Board consists of 31 specialist from various Russian regions and 5 CIS countries, as well as from the USA and Germany (3). It includes 2 academicians and 1resident -correspondent of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
From 2016 onwards, the higher attestation Commission of the Ministry of education of Russia included the magazine "Russian Bulletin of pediatric surgery, anesthesiology and reanimatology in the "List of periodical scientific and technical publications produced in the Russian Federation, in which it is recommended to publish main results of dissertations on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of Sciences".
As of January 2014 according to analysis of the "Russian science citation index" (SCI) impact factor for the journal "Russian Journal of Pediatric Surgery, Anesthesia and Intensive Care" for two years amounted up to 0,189 (details on the website: www.elibrary.ru
