Initially the interventions were performed in the setting of one-lung ventilation (OVL) using artificial circulation and in some cases extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) was applied. N.F. Filatov Children’s State Clinical Hospital No. 13 was the first hospital in Russia where 5 surgeries in children with developmental defects of trachea and bronchi who received ECMO intraoperatively were performed in 2013-2014. The intraoperative use of ECMO was essential due to several reasons: first, patients with congenital tracheal stenosis often suffer from inflammatory diseases of the lungs and upper respiratory tracts which in its turn leads to parenchymal insufficiency; second, tests with the usage of one-lung artificial ventilation show a considerable decrease in oxygenation and oxygen tension in the blood in this group of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Лечение детей с врожденными стенозами трахеи по-прежнему является огромной проблемой как для хирурга, так и для анестезиолога-реаниматолога. Изначально операции проводились на фоне однолегочной искусственной вентиляции легких (ИВЛ) с использованием искусственного кровообращения, а в единичных случаях применяли экстракорпоральную мембранную оксигенацию (ЭКМО). С 2013 по 2014 г. в ДГКБ № 13 им. Н.Ф. Филатова впервые в Российской Федерации были проведены 5 операций у детей с пороком развития трахеи и бронхов с интраоперационным применением ЭКМО. Необходимость интраоперационного применения ЭКМО обусловлена несколькими причинами: во-первых, пациенты с врожденными стенозами трахеи очень часто болеют воспалительными заболеваниями легких и верхних дыхательных путей, что в свою очередь отражается в виде паренхиматозной недостаточности, во-вторых, при проведении у этих пациентов пробы с применением однолегочной ИВЛ получали заметное снижение оксигенации и напряжения кислорода в крови.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>врожденный стеноз трахеи</kwd><kwd>интраоперационное ЭКМО</kwd><kwd>magnetic foreign body</kwd><kwd>gastrointestinal disorders</kwd><kwd>sepsis</kwd><kwd>multiple organ failure</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Angel С., Murillo С., Zwischenberger J., Swischuk L., Grmes D., Chernin.
