Although primary tumors of the liver constitute a small percentage of solid tumors in children, they are quite common in practice, pediatric surgeon and radiologist. The most common benign non-cystic liver in children education in descending order - infantile hemangioendothelioma, FNG, mesenchymal hamartoma, nodular regenerative hyperplasia and hepatocellular adenoma. Currently there is no single view of terminology, classification, diagnosis and treatment of benign hypervascular liver formations. The paper presents our views on this issue, the proposed algorithms for diagnosis and treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Доброкачественные опухоли печени у детей включают новообразования, уникальные только для детского возраста, а также опухоли, более характерные для взрослых. Хотя первичные новообразования печени составляют малый процент солидных опухолей у детей, они довольно часто встречаются в практике радиолога и детского хирурга. Наиболее часто встречающиеся доброкачественные некистозные образования печени у детей в порядке убывания - инфантильная гемангиоэндотелиома, ФНГ, мезенхимальная гамартома, нодулярная регенераторная гиперплазия и гепатоцеллюлярная аденома. В настоящее время отсутствует единый взгляд на терминологию, классификацию, методы диагностики и лечения доброкачественных гиперваскулярных образований печени.
