PubMed database and Google Scholar search system were used to search for primary terms. Survival of children with this pathology was analyzed depending on theKasaitechnique, anatomical form, terms of portoenteroanastomosis and importance of early diagnosis of this pathology. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре литературы рассмотрена классификация билиарной атрезии, актуальная на настоящий момент, сформировано мнение авторов согласно способу выполнения операции Касаи, освещены современные модификации портоэнтероанастомоза и оценена их эффективность. Для анализа использованы базы данных PubMed и поисковая система Google Scholar для первичных поисковых терминов.
