To date, enteral nutrition is considered as the most necessary and physiological feeding option seriously ill child. This article discusses the indications of enteral nutrition, applications probes staging gastro or eyunostom with functioning gastrointestinal tract of the child. The characteristics of the mixtures for enteral nutrition, mode of administration.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к назначению энтерального питания в детской практике. На сегодняшний день энтеральное питание рассматривается как необходимый и наиболее физиологический вариант кормления тяжелобольного ребенка. Рассматриваются показания к назначению энтерального питания, вариантов применения зондов, постановки гастро- и еюностом при функционирующем желудочно-кишечном тракте ребенка.
