Considered versatile aspects of sugammadex to eliminate neuromuscular block with the age of children, their features physiology, comorbidity, complications encountered. Provides links to descriptions of unusual rare cases of clinical practice of sugammadex in childhood.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен обзор литературы по применению селективного ингибитора аминостероидных миорелаксантов (рокуроний и векуроний) сугаммадекса у детей. Рассматриваются разносторонние аспекты использования сугаммадекса для устранения нейромышечного блока с учетом возраста детей, особенностей их физиологии, сопутствующей патологии, встречающихся осложнений.
